Friday 10/3 - Football Game (vs. Memorial HS, @Tully Stadium 7:00pm, we are visitors)

• 3:00 – Rehearsal

• 4:00 – Load Trailer, Eat, Change (remember to bring your full band uniform, band underwear, marching shoes, and long black socks)

• 5:00 – Inspection

• 5:15 – Load Buses

• 5:30 – Depart

• 7:00 – Kick Off

• 10:15 – Return Time (estimated)

Saturday 10/4 - Battle at the Berry Marching Contest (Berry Center)

• 6:30am - Report Time (eat breakfast before you arrive)

• 6:45am - Rehearsal at Cypress Ridge

• 7:45am - Load Trailer/Trucks, Get Uniforms

• 8:15am - Inspection

• 8:30am - Load Buses

• 8:45am - Depart 

• 9:10am - Arrive at contest (unload, assemble props)

• 9:55pm - Warm-Up

• 11:00am - Performance

• 11:15pm - Change Out of Uniform, Load Trucks and Trailer

• 11:30pm - Eat Lunch (provided by booster club)

• 12:15pm - Return to Stadium to Watch Bands (visit concessions; merchandise vendors)

• 3:30pm - Awards

• 4:30 - Return Time (estimated)
