Football Game Itinerary

• Thursday 10/23 (vs. Cypress Falls HS, @Pridgeon Stadium 6:30pm, we are home)

  • 3:00 – Rehearsal

  • 4:00 – Load Trailer, Eat, Change (Uniform is full uniform over the band t-shirt and band shorts. This includes long black socks and marching shoes!)

  • 5:00 – Inspection

  • 5:10 – Load Buses

  • 5:20 – Depart

  • 6:30 – Kick Off

  • 9:45 – Return Time (estimated)

Contest Itinerary

• Saturday 10/31 - UIL Area Marching Contest (Berry Center) 

  • 6:20am - Report Time (eat breakfast before you arrive)

  • 6:30am - Load Trailer/Trucks, Get Uniforms (uniform is 2026 Redline t-shirt, band shorts, black socks, marching shoes, and bibbers  w/ Performance Tops!)

  • 7:10am - Inspection

  • 7:20am - Load Buses

  • 7:30am - Depart (Snack provided on the way to Stadium)

  • 7:50am - Arrive at contest (unload, assemble props)

  • 8:40am - Warm-Up

  • 9:45am - Performance

  • 10:00am - Change Out of Uniform, Load Trucks and Trailer

  • 11:00am - Return to Cypress Ridge (estimated)

  • After returning to Ridge, students will be dismissed. We will send a message around 5:30pm confirming whether or not students need to return for a Finals performance. If the band makes Finals, the contest will finish at 11:15pm.
