Band Pictures & Football Game Itinerary

• Saturday 9/5 (vs. Cypress Park HS, @Pridgeon Stadium 6:00pm, we are away)

  • 10:00 – Report Time (get changed into full band uniform)

  • 10:30 – Pictures Begin

    • Full Band Picture First, Then Section Pictures, Then Individual Pictures

    • Students Fed During Individual Pictures - some students will eat first, some will take pictures first. Schedule TBD

  • 2:15 – Rehearsal

  • 3:15 – Load Trailer, Change (Uniform is band t-shirt and band shorts with sneakers)

  • 4:00 – Inspection

  • 4:15 – Load Buses

  • 4:30 – Depart

  • 6:00 – Kick Off

  • 7:30 – Snack provided during 3rd quarter since we are eating earlier for this game

  • 9:15 – Return Time (estimated)
