Football Game Itinerary (8th Grade Game)

• Friday 10/2 (vs. Cypress Lakes HS, @Berry Center CF-FCU Stadium 7:00pm, we are visitors)

  • 3:00 – Rehearsal

  • 4:00 – Load Trailer, Eat, Change (Uniform is full uniform over the band t-shirt and band shorts. This includes long black socks and marching shoes!)

  • 5:00 – Inspection

  • 5:15 – Load Buses

  • 5:30 – Depart

  • 7:00 – Kick Off

  • 10:15 – Return Time (estimated)

Contest Itinerary

• Saturday 10/3 - Battle at the Berry Marching Contest (Berry Center)

  • 8:30am - Report Time (eat breakfast before you arrive)

  • 8:50am - Rehearsal at Cypress Ridge

  • 9:50am - Load Trailer/Trucks, Get Uniforms (uniform is 2026 Redline t-shirt, band shorts, black socks, marching shoes, and bibbers  w/ Performance Tops!)

  • 10:25am - Inspection

  • 10:40am - Load Buses

  • 10:55am - Depart 

  • 11:20am - Arrive at contest (unload, assemble props)

  • 12:10pm - Warm-Up

  • 1:15pm - Performance

  • 1:30pm - Change Out of Uniform, Load Trucks and Trailer

  • 1:45pm - Eat Lunch (provided by booster club)

  • 2:15pm - Return to Stadium to Watch Bands (visit concessions; merchandise vendors)

  • 3:30pm - Awards

  • 4:30pm - Return Time (estimated)
